Available products We have in our product catalog hundreds of SKUs of tees, sweatshirts, pullover hoodies, and zip hoodies with crewneck, short sleeve, long sleeve, kids sizes, and a large range of solid, heather, and tri-blend colors. Printing technologies The preferred printing method is Direct to Film (DTF). It's a process of printing on sheets and transferring it to the garment using heat presses. We also offer Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. This is the equivalent of digital printing for paper and it's ideal for printing on-demand on cotton. Please note that color disparities can arise. As a result, the final appearance of your prints may be influenced by a multitude of distinct factors such as different printers, color profiles, settings, and processes. We want to be transparent and ensure your satisfaction, which is why we cannot promise absolute color precision of 100%. That means: We can create photo-quality prints with the maximum detail in design You have extensive color options and the number of colors doesn't affect the pricing There are no order minimums so it's suitable for small batches You can print on cotton It's more eco-friendly than other methods (water-based ink, less waste)  We currently do not offer sublimation. Screen printing is also available. Contact us for more details. Print areas We support printing on the front and on the back of most apparel items. If the selected garment has a racerback, it may not be possible to print on the back of the item. We also offer the possibility to add neck tags.

Return Policy

If there was a printing, manufacturing or production mistake on our end, we will be happy to send a replacement to your customer at no charge. If the shipment was lost or stolen, or the sizing is not right for your client, you would have to place a new order. We do not handle nor refund returns. If there was an error in the shipping address and it gets back to us, we will notify you. You will have to pay for shipping in order for us to ship it back. If you have any questions or would like to get an order replacement, you can email us at with the order number and details, such as photos if applicable.

Sample Product

With Printeez's sample offer, you can get a 20% discount on products to test their quality and how your designs turn out. Use code PRINTEEZONDEMAND at checkout to redeem your discount. Sample orders are provided for you to evaluate our products and your printed designs; they are not intended for resale. Misuse of our sample order policy will result in account termination.
Vector art is always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types: AI, PNG, PDF. Front and back designs should fit into a 12'' x 16'' area. Neck tags should fit into a 3'' x 3'' area.
For samples, we usually ship orders within 1-3 business days, exclusively to Canada and the United States. For sample orders, we offer flat rate shipping: $10.50 in Canada and $15.50 in the US.


Canada: Flat Rate $10.50/order, no additional cost per unit. USA: Varies - Best live shipping rates available. Europe: Varies - Best live shipping rates available.  
Production lead times are 2-4 business days. Once orders are produced, they will be shipping in 1-5 business days in Canada and the USA, and 10-15 business days in Europe.
