Bulk Manufacturing
Direct-to-Film (DTF)
Vibrant, durable transfers for bulk production. Works on any fabric type with exceptional color vibrancy and wash durability.
What is Bulk DTF Printing?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a revolutionary printing method that combines the quality of DTG with the versatility and cost-effectiveness needed for bulk production. The process prints your design onto a special film with a powder adhesive, which is then heat-pressed onto the garment.
Unlike screen printing which requires expensive setup and is limited to spot colors, DTF can reproduce photographic images, gradients, and unlimited colors at a fraction of the cost. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and even treated leather—making it the most versatile bulk printing method available.
Our bulk DTF service is optimized for orders of 50-5,000 pieces, offering the perfect balance between quality, speed, and cost. Whether you’re producing merchandise for an event, launching a clothing line, or fulfilling corporate orders, DTF delivers professional results without the constraints of traditional methods.

Frequently Asked Questions
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Prints directly into the fabric for a soft, retail-quality finish, best for full-color artwork or photographic designs.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film): Prints onto film and is heat-transferred for a vibrant, slightly raised finish, ideal for bold vector logos and consistent colors across multiple fabrics (tees, hoodies, caps).
Both methods deliver durable, high-quality results, you may choose the best option based on your artwork and garment.
Our bulk DTF service starts at 50 pieces per design. This is where DTF becomes more cost-effective than on-demand printing while still offering more flexibility than screen printing. For orders under 50 pieces, we recommend our on-demand DTF service.
DTF prints are highly durable and can withstand 40-50+ wash cycles when properly cared for. While screen printing may have a slight edge in longevity for very high-volume washing, DTF offers superior stretch, flexibility, and color retention. The prints won’t crack or peel when the garment is stretched, making them ideal for activewear.
Yes! DTF excels at printing on dark fabrics. The process includes a white ink underbase that’s automatically applied, ensuring vibrant colors appear correctly on black, navy, and other dark garments. This is one of DTF’s biggest advantages over traditional methods.
We accept PNG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. For best results, provide high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum) with transparent backgrounds. Vector files are preferred for logos and text. Our design team can help optimize your artwork for DTF printing to ensure the best possible output quality.
