Custom Embroidery
Premium, professional embroidery with no minimums. Add texture, dimension, and lasting quality to your apparel with thread-based decoration.
What is Custom Embroidery?
Embroidery is the art of stitching designs directly into fabric using colored threads. Unlike printing methods, embroidery creates a three-dimensional, textured finish that adds a premium, professional look to any garment. It’s the gold standard for corporate apparel, uniforms, and high-end branding.
Our computerized embroidery machines can stitch intricate designs with precision and consistency. Each design is digitized into a stitch file that controls the needle movement, thread colors, and stitch density. The result is a durable, washable decoration that won’t fade, crack, or peel over time.
Embroidery works on virtually any fabric and is particularly popular for polos, hats, jackets, bags, and uniforms. With no minimums and fast turnaround, you can add professional embroidered logos to single pieces or small batches without the traditional setup costs.
Best Use Cases
Corporate Apparel & Uniforms
Professional look for company polos, dress shirts, and employee uniforms. Embroidered logos convey quality and credibility.
Premium Branding
Elevate your brand with the premium feel of embroidery. Perfect for high-end merchandise, executive gifts, and luxury apparel.
Hats & Headwear
Embroidery is the standard for decorating hats and caps. The raised texture looks sharp and holds up through countless wears and washes.
Bags & Accessories
Add logos to backpacks, tote bags, duffel bags, and other accessories. Embroidery works beautifully on canvas, nylon, and leather.
Limitations to Consider
Design Complexity
Very small text (under 0.25″) and highly detailed designs may not embroider clearly. Simple, bold designs work best.
Fabric Compatibility
Thin, stretchy, or delicate fabrics may pucker or distort under embroidery. Works best on structured fabrics like polos, twills, and canvas.
Large Coverage Areas
Full-back or large all-over designs are not ideal for embroidery. For large graphics, consider DTG or screen printing instead.
Color Gradients
Embroidery uses solid thread colors. Photorealistic images and gradients don’t translate well. Stick to vector-style logos with distinct colors.
