Your order will be printed and packed within 4-10 business days. This does not include shipping time. Once it’s packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
During busy times, like sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any delays.
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout. Check your confirmation email for shipping details and estimated delivery times.
Here are our general shipping timelines:
- Within Canada: 2-7 business days
- USA: 4-7 business days
Once your package leaves our facility, delivery may be affected by delays such as weather, customs, or courier issues. Your tracking number will always provide the most up-to-date information.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with your household members, neighbors, or building staff (e.g., concierge, security, or parcel lockers).
- If you use a community mailbox, look for a key to a larger parcel locker.
Sometimes couriers mark a package as delivered shortly before it actually arrives. We recommend waiting a few hours and checking again.
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us, and we’ll open an investigation with the courier. Please note:
- Investigations can take up to 21 business days.
- Refunds are not offered for packages marked as delivered, but in approved cases, we may provide store credit once the investigation is complete.
If your order is delayed, use your tracking number to check the latest updates on the courier’s website.
Delays can happen during busy seasons or due to factors beyond our control, like weather, customs, or courier disruptions.
- If your package is deemed missing, we’ll offer a replacement after the courier’s investigation is complete (which may take up to 21 business days).
If you need to update your shipping address, email us through our contact page as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change, but once a shipping label is generated, the address cannot be updated.
