For samples, we usually ship orders within 1-3 business days, exclusively to Canada and the United States. For sample orders, we offer flat rate shipping: $10.50 in Canada and $15.50 in the US.

Sample orders are provided for you to evaluate our products and your printed designs; they are not intended for resale. Misuse of our sample order policy will result in account termination.

Absolutely! We offer a selection of products for you to order as samples and evaluate our quality. Look for the 'Order a Sample' button on products where samples are available.

Production lead times are 2-4 business days.

Once orders are produced, they will be shipping in 1-5 business days in Canada and the USA, and 10-15 business days in Europe.

If there was a printing, manufacturing or production mistake on our end, we will be happy to send a replacement to your customer at no charge.

If the shipment was lost or stolen, or the sizing is not right for your client, you would have to place a new order. We do not handle nor refund returns.

If there was an error in the shipping address and it gets back to us, we will notify you. You will have to pay for shipping in order for us to ship it back.
