Requirements & Considerations
Minimum Order Quantities
Custom labels and hang tags: 500-1,000 pieces. Garment treatments: 100+ pieces. Folding/bagging: no minimum when combined with production.
Design Specifications
Provide artwork for labels and hang tags in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF). Include all required text, logos, barcodes, and compliance information. We can help design if needed.
Compliance Requirements
Care labels must include fiber content, country of origin, and washing instructions per FTC regulations. We can help ensure your labels meet all legal requirements.
Production Timeline
Label production adds 7-10 days. Garment treatments add 5-7 days. Folding and packaging can be done same-day when integrated with production.
Sample Approval Required
We provide samples of all custom labels, hang tags, and packaging materials for approval before full production. Garment treatments also require sample approval.
